Blue Cow Gelato started in 2017 in Port Macquarie, New South Wales, with a simple goal to craft the best handmade Italian-style gelato using fresh, real ingredients and local produce. Since then, we’ve grown into a beloved artisan gelateria with multiple locations across Coffs Harbour, Byron Bay, Tamworth, Port Macquarie, and Woolgoolga, serving premium gelato, sorbets, and frozen desserts to our communities.
We create flavours for everyone, from classic gelato and sorbets to vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options, as well as gelato cakes for special occasions.
